Recording Tips
Quiet environment — minimize background noise for the best transcription accuracy.
Mic distance — keep your device 15–30 cm from your mouth.
Speak clearly — use a natural pace. Spell out unusual drug names or breeds if needed.
One recording per visit — capture all your notes in a single, continuous recording for the best SOAP output.

Reviewing & Editing SOAP Notes
Always review AI output — verify accuracy of drug names, dosages, and clinical findings before using.
Copy individual sections — use the copy button on each card to grab just the part you need.
Re-record if needed — you can add another recording to the same case to capture missed details.
Managing Cases
One case per visit — create a new case for each patient visit to keep records organized.
Multiple recordings — a case can hold multiple recordings if you need to capture notes in stages.
Deleting — delete individual recordings or an entire case from the detail screen. This cannot be undone.
